What is your return policy?
I accept returns on any in-stock items for 30 days after the purchase date. Furniture & custom guitars will not be shipped until the client is satisfied with the final result; any customs items damaged in shipping will be automatically refunded/replaced depending on the situation, and the client's wishes.
How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock items will ship within 2 business days of purchase, or sooner. Any custom pieces will require some communication back and forth; completion & dispatch times will be agreed upon as such.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I offer worldwide shipping, standard shipping rates, customs fees & duties apply. Send me a message to get a shipping quote.
What are the payment options?
Payment can be processed on my website using any of the major card carriers; I can accept payment through PayPal, as well as through my Reverb or Etsy stores using their payment platforms.
